This is by far one of the hardest groups.
On paper, France will be expected to top the group with the likes of Nicolas Anelka, Florent Malouda, Franck Ribery, Henry, Toulalan and OM's highly rated Steve Mandanda at goal. However, They have the really eccentric coach - Raymond Domenech.
South Africa! Bafana Bafana. The hosts will not have a gd time. Mphela will be expected to continue his hot scoring streak with 6 goals in 5 preworld cup friendlies. But hosts, as everyone remembers, are not for nothing right? Keilong? I dunno. Based on history, its hard to exclude them from the last 16.
Mexico. Javier Hernandez Manchester united's flagship signing, Carlos Vela Arsenal's Hottest futuristic prospect. Rafael Marquez, part of Barcelona's 2009 Treble winning squad. And Guillermo Franco doing reasonably well for West ham this season. Rings a bell? Many bells? haha. This is a squad boasting tremendous firepower and skillful and superbly technical players.
Uruguay. The real Dark horses. They are often described to be extremely hardworking, defensively sound and work as a unit. Their defensive line is rock solid, comprising the likes of Benfica's Maxi Perreira, Fenerbahce's Diego Lugano, Villarreal's Diego Godin and Juventus' Martin Caceras. What they lack is a creative midfielder to dictate the play to otherwise feed to their (probably the best) attacking forwards, Luis Suarez (44 app, 47 goals) and Diego Forlan(Previous Pichichi(spanish golden boot award) ) . They usually play a counter attacking game, expect them to line up a 5-3-2 lineup.
Verdict: Really tough group to call. Each teams cancel out each other. It may be called a group of death. But Darkhorse Uruguay might claim a last 16 place along with Mexico or South Africa. Experience wise, Mexico should lose out to a home side. Yes, thats right, France is heading for an early exit. A lacklustre team with poor morale and getting into the group stages through a henry handball, they are not going to progress.

Like i once said, since inter has already completed the task of stopping Lionel Messi and Barcelona, what makes Robben think hes going to get his way around a rock hard inter defence? Well the results have shown. Just to not discredit Robben, he had an ok night with his ravaging runs down the right flank cutting in and shooting, skinning the likes of Cristian Chivu. But they play as a team. Its not FC Robben right?
Oh by the way, one of my friends commented to me. He says that Diego Milito is a useless goal poacher. He cant run, cant head, cant shoot. I wonder where his goals this season came from? 31 goals in 50 appearances in all competitions.. hmm.. DUH hes a complete forward. Stupid. Such an underrated star. To be able to score in almost EVERY game, a great TEAM player too. I sincerely hope he doesnt leave Inter in the near future :D
That said again, looking at Maradona's striking choice, Milito is going to be left on the bench yet again. Higuain is gd, but he disappears in big games. Not like Diego Milito, scoring in every crucial game, 2 against chelsea, 1 against cska moscow, 2 assist and 1 goal against Barcelona, and 2 goals against Bayern in the final. Where was Ibrahimovic? HAHA.
And Karma strikes back. Real Madrid chose to ill treat robben and sneijder by pushing them out of the club. Look how well they are doing now. Robben to Bayern winning DFB Pokal(german cup) and the bundesliga title. Narrowing out on a champions league trophy. while Sneijder? Such an integral part in the creativity department of Inter Milan this season. Winning a historic treble. And for both sneijder and robben to be back in the real madrid pitch playing the champions league final, but not for real madrid? Thats just pure humiliation. and thats just poor from Madrid. And guess what? Ibrahimovic. Always complaining about not progressing in european competitions. This is what Massimo Moratti said when Ibracadabra was leaving Inter : "U never know, if ibra leaves this year, we might win the champions league in the following year" and so it happened. karma? yes. and again. Eto'o another underrated star forced out by Barcelona in a bid to catch up with real madrid's extravagant spending. What happened? a second consecutive treble. Its just karma.

Ok so initially i didnt want to go to the thailand tripped with 08s04 people (6 only) because of some stuffs but in the end I was so glad i went. IT WAS A BOMB i tell u.
Day 1
I actually Slept at 2:30am and woke up at 4:30am to prepare for my morning 8 plus flight. Amanda's Parents fetched...
So we flew by... Economic class....yes. JETSTAR. freak it.
It sucks to fly by Jetstar. Lucky it was just 1.5 hours of ride..
After which we had to endure more crap on the mini van for 2 hours to a rainforest trip. We lived in...
Yes. Rafthouses. But it was gd really. Except for at night when the wind.... Never comes.

So when we reached, we had a tour guide of that place by the name of "you" as u. Hes lame funny makes it great for everyone there. Company isnt gd there though, others hardly talked. Namely an english family and an Aussie pair of Mother and Daughter by the name of Jo and Jessica. Got to chat them up a little, but hardly left any impression.
Yeah so the first thing we did was to jump into the water.(even before we ate) the water there was so cool relaxing clean and everything that we skipped trekking to stay in the water. Hopped on Floating rocks and did all our flips all we could. After that we used to kayaks to kayak all the way out to do more stupid things. And "You" slapped the label of "the mermaids" on us because we simply refused to leave the water (:
Slept in sigh. Clean but really hot rafthouses. Pictures below. Next Morning we woke up earlier... FOR MORE WATER ACTION! and of course animal sightseeing. Hornbills greater hornbills, Monkeys, gibbons. Sadly we had to part at 2:30pm to depart for Khao Lak...

Colours award. It was a total Scam. So many people wear until so nice. But in the end we didnt even get to shake hands with the guest of honour or at least the principal or head of P.E. Its damn stupid and some people particularly bought dresses or suits for that event. Wow should have worn like Uniforms. Anyway Sijun was ill(hope hes better), so he had to leave for home halfway when we were still finding a cinema to catch a movie after the awards night. Caught THE PROPOSAL. Which was initially thought to be a chick flick. But guess what? Im watching with 10 other guys. LOL. Anyway wasnt much of a chick flick, like more of comedy. But the ending was REALLY REALLY REALLY bad. It was just horrible spoilt the whole film.
Oh and will someone teach me how to smile? I cant ): and im really not photogenic. Why? ):

Boring day.. Out studying. I did like 20+ integration questions so my brain(if theres any) was like burnt totally after that. Nevertheless, quite a fruitful study out session. With mr Kang who came at like 6. at least he wasnt that late. ANd some idiot, called ng yukang keep telling me to call Jiaxin instead. who the hell is jiaxin.
Sunday 23 August:
Joint birthday celebration with grandpa, with family members. Guess where? VIENNA INTERNATIONAL SEAFOOD BUFFET :D Ok man that place is like. The bomb. haha. Probably go out to get some stuff this afternoon and soccer in the evening. Then i'll watch spurs own west ham's ass. FORZA SPURS!

2) My ipod survived a fall of. About 3.5m high. without the slightest hint of malfunction and cracks or chips. :D (Pls dont feel bad about it, I'll not blame u(: )
3) Pingpong came in 4th in the CCA Relay. Despite Chenghong and brandon alr having run 2 events prior to this and I've run the house run, we still came in 4th. And thats very credible. Good job team! (Brandon, Chenghong, Sijun and Me)
Oh. Btw now both my arms are "tatooed" . The artists are namely Sangeeta NEDUMARAN, Jinnie Gim SoJin and Elizabeth GAN. I'll wait for the pictures to be sent to me. Its with Yangsheng. Oh and theme of the vandalized marks are "PROMOTING RACIAL HARMONY" So much for that. AHHAHAHAHA COMMENTS!

So reflecting on the way i mishandled the situation, I thought it was too dangerous to continue sitting in the canteen cos she'll head back to boarding sch after she runs. So i went to oasis to study to avoid her. Its 9pm. Its time to go home. I went to canteen to meet Raja. And i happen to meet someone else too.
Raja : " Wuhong, behind you."
Yes she was walking up the stairs, staring at me.
So i purposely walked towards her (Mind u i reflected on my mistake)
i said. "hi!"
Then she stared at me and asked me why did i run when i saw her.
"Cos i know u going to scold me. Of course run lah then stand there let u scold me meh"

she gave the weird stare. And thought i alr graduated. She asked me to graduate alr then forever stay out of the school cos she was jealous my fringe longer than hers. She says im bringing problems to the school.
Pls lor. Totally illogical. I didnt know everyone still had to keep their fringe shorter than her EVEN THOUGH THEY ALR GRADUATED.
But she was mistaken. Then after she know im still a j1, She scolded me and raja. See lah, no wonder cannot improve on ur grades. Studying together. Very encouraging Discipline mistress. Oh and then she asked raja where was his siamese twin(Mr. Siva shankar hahahahahaha)
Today's like. Weird and random.
Ok i have to go sleep really soon. Running in the 4x200m for ignis and pingpong. Have to rest early. Be there to support okae! My first time doing something for the house. Its a miracle.

Ok today i shall blog Lin Ziqian's blogging style.
1) I've finally Completed my team of 4 for the Quadthlon race on 11 october.
2) Im no longer purchasing those set of wheels. Im going for the American Classic 420 Aero wheels instead, White too, But it'll set me (plus a pair of michelin pro3 race tyres) a whopping 850 bucks at least.
3) Woodlands training was quite nice today. Won Jit and Zhaoqi in doubles pairing up with gibs. Still hasnt lost his touch yah.
4) Stranger!!!! i dun wanna call u stranger so how do i address u?
Alright so some thoughts for the day.
Ever felt how insensitive people can be at times? When they just do not care about how u feel and how u think as they tend to overlook matters? This is called Human nature. Despite many of u out there that are really sensitive people, not everyone is similar to u. Thats what I understand, thats what i see from past experiences. They cannot be blamed but they can change.
Just like recently, my friend told me that the dealer of some bike racing equipments had a dam bad attitude while serving customers. When i was there he was dam sian. The way he talked look like he cant wait to send me off. But amidst those dying tones he was struggling to produce, I could tell his effort in showing me around his house(which is also his shop) and introducing stuff to me though im like just a teenager. Well, I feel thats just his personality, hes aloof of the surroundings. And thats just his nature. I learnt to accept that.
I know its damn difficult for some people. But lets all try to accept this fact. No one's perfect (: . Just a little thought.

Well these 2 issues on insensitivity and being taken for granted has been shrouding my life for like, forever. Its probably due to my personality, That i want to be recognized. even saying will do. Im nice. I try to be nice. In fact i try my best to be nicest. Sometimes when i dont get recognized for the effort i have been putting in for others, i just dont mind. Because i know everyone of my friends deserve that treatment. But when it gets repetitive, isnt it like, having an imaginary friend? Ur just contributing to an unknown source that never gets back to u. At all. How sad right? HAHA. No im serious. Its like talking to a wall.
